摘　　要：随着人们生活和工作压力的日益增加，“亚健康”问题也越来越突出，如何指导人们摆脱“亚健康”的困扰，成为全社会面临的主要课题。本文通过对亚健康人群的地域分布、人群类型、关注程度三个方面进行分析，探讨“亚健康”知识普及的侧重点，从而使“亚健康”知识的科学普及更有的放矢。With the daily increase of living and working pressure in people, sub-health problem has been more and more predominant. How to guide people to throw of the attack of sub-health has been our major task. Through analyzing the distribution, type and attention degree of sub-health population, this article investigates points of science popularization for providing target-orientation science popularization knowledge.
