复方阿胶浆对不同疾病化疗患者外周血象的稳定作用

摘　　要：目的观察复方阿胶浆对化疗患者外周血象的稳定作用。方法将2010年1月至2011年12月上海市东方医院肿瘤科163例恶性肿瘤患者，按病例尾号随机分为两组，对照组81例根据不同情况分别采用EOX、TP、GP、XELOX、CMF、AC、DCF、PC化疗方案治疗；治疗组82例在化疗同时服用复方阿胶浆。疗程结束后，观察患者化疗前1天、化疗后第1天、化疗后第7天及第2周期化疗前1天患者外周血象、体力状况（采用KPS评分）及生存质量。结果化疗后第1天，化疗后第7天两组白细胞计数[治疗组分别为（5．315±1．401）×109／L、（5．011±1．541）×109/L；对照组分别为（4．621±1．012）×109／L、（4．127±1．061）×109／L]，KPS评分[治疗组分别为（70．513±8．217）分、（85．000±7．168）分；对照组分别为（65．147±7．102）分、（70．198±9．511）分]及生活质量评分[治疗组分别为（69．781±8．217）分、（80．000±7．521）分；对照组分别为（64．911±7．412）分、（68．011±8．542）分]比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。第二个化疗周期前1天，两组在白细胞计数、血红蛋白、血小板计数、KPS评分及生活质量评估[治疗组分别为（5．584±1．591）×109／L、（118．891±14．213）g／L、（212．097±114．769）×109／L、（88．641±3．019）分、（79．541±3．121）分；对照组分别为（3．937±1．013）×109／L、（99．143±11．351）g／L、（180．219±61．643）×109／L、（75．463±9．871）分、（72．219±7．462）分]方面比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论复方阿胶浆可稳定化疗患者的外周血象，改善其生存质量。Objective To investigate the protective effects of compound E-Jiao oral liquid on peripheral blood of patients treated with chemotherapy. Methods 163 patients of malignant tumors were selected. All patients were randomly recruited into a treatment group and a control group. The control group was administered with chemotherapy alone, while the treatment group was additionally treated with compound E-jiao oral liquid twice a day and 40 ml each time. Peripheral hemogram, KPS score and questionnaire of life quality were observed at the day before chemotherapy, and the first day, seventh days after chemotherapy and the day before the second cycle of chemotherapy. Results At the first and the seventh day after chemotherapy, the white blood cell count [the value was （5.315± 1.401）× 109/L, （5.011 ± 1.541）× 109/L in the treatment group respectively; and （4.621 ± 1.012） × 109/L, （4.127± 1.061） × 109/L in the control group respectively], KPS score [the value was （70.513±8.217）, （85.000±7.168） in the treatment group respectively; and （65.147± 7.102）, （70.198±9.511） in the control group respectively]and quality of life [the value was （69.781±8.217）, （80.000±7.521） in the treatment group respectively and （64.911±7.412）, （68.011±8.542） in the control group respectively] showed significant differences （P〈0.05）. At the day before the second cycle of chemotherapy, two groups showed significant differences in the white blood cell count, hemoglobin, platelet count, KPS score and quality of life [the values were （5.584±1.591）× 109/L, （118.891± 14.213）g/L, （212.097± 114.769） ×109/L, （88.641±3.019）, and （79.541±3.121） in the treatment Rrouo respectively; thevalues were （3.937± 1.013） × 109/L, （99.143± 11.351）g/L, （180.219±61.643） × 109/L, （75.463±9.871）, and （72.219±7.462） in the control group respectively] （P〈0.05）.
