摘　　要：本文以针灸针为例，结合我国针灸针标准化、国际化工作，探讨我国针灸针标准国际化与知识产权战略，并通过针灸针相关专利研究热点分析，为我国针灸针及中医药标准的知识产权保护提供战略建议。In this paper, we analyze the current situation of the national standardization on acupuncture needles and related patents. Through analyzing the international research focus on the acupuncture needle patents, we give some strategic suggestions on the intellectual property protection of acupuncture needles and traditional Chinese medicine.
