摘　　要：作为恩格斯编辑版《资本论》第2卷(MEGA②Ⅱ/13)的编者导言,本文计划讨论以下三个方面内容:(1)推定马克思本人对《资本论》第2部在全3部中的体系定位;(2)考察第2部与第1部中所展开理论之间的承接关系,以及其与第3部中所详细展开理论之间的导入关系;(3)考察恩格斯在具体编辑过程中,在多大程度上遵循了自身所确立的编辑原则,在多大程度上偏离了这个原则,其原因何在?As the introduction to Engel＇s Editorial Capital Vol. Ⅱ （MEGA② Ⅱ/13）, this paper seeks to deal with the following three questions： （1） the system position Marx himself has set for Capital Vol. II among the all three volumes. （2） How the Vol. Ⅱ has at one hand advanced the content of Vol. Ⅰ, on the other functioned as a lead--in to the theory elaborated in Vol. Ⅲ. （3） by the investigation of Engel＇s concrete editing process, to what sense we could say Engels has obeyed or betrayed his own editorial principle, and what is the reason for that？
