摘　　要：一般院校的毕业生数量庞大,就业形势严峻。在世界金融危机背景下,一般院校面临毕业生需求不足;高等教育大众化后毕业生倍数增长;用人单位过度追捧"985""211"大学毕业生,盲目抬升招聘门槛等严峻的就业形势;办学模式贪大求全;人才培养与市场脱节;就业基地建设滞后和市场服务体系不够完善等诸多问题。为应对这些问题,一般院校应采取做好市场定位,彰显特色,走"差异化"市场策略;突出毕业生应用能力培养;依托就业基地建设,强化市场服务等有效对策。In the context of the world financial crisis, there is the lack of demand for graduates. In addition, the graduates grow exponentially after the popularization of higher education. Furthermore, Excessive employers sought after ＂985＂, ＂211＂ college graduates, uplifting recruitment threshold blindly. As well as the school system Tandaqiuquan, personnel training is out of touch with the market, Employment base construction lag and market service system is not perfect and many other issues. In the ordinary institutions, the large number of graduates face severe employment situation. In response to these problems, the ordinary institutions should take good market positioning, highlighting features, walking differentiated market strategy. Moreover, Effective countermeasures should also be taken to strengthen market services, such as relying on employment bases to bring up Graduates application ability, etc.
