高校创新创业型大学生培养的研究——以安徽农业大学为例

摘　　要：在就业问题日益突出的背景下,创业已成为全社会关注的焦点,引起了国家和政府的高度重视。而创业者创业能力的高低直接关乎着创业成功与否。文章阐述了创业能力的内涵、特点及其形成,分析了创业能力的结构维度,并从教育观念、人才培养模式、创业氛围和环境、创业实践活动等方面对创业能力的培养进行了思考,并提出了建议。University is an important reserve base of human resource, and is the important field in the innovation entrepreneurial personnel development. The immediate significance of the innovation entrepreneurial undergraduate training in high schools is discussed from four aspects： constructing innovative country, the reform and development of higher education, facilitating graduates fuller employment, promoting afi-round development of students. In the case of Anhui Agriculture University,more diversified innovation entrepreneurial training and competitive activity, and fine innovation entrepreneurial practice are important in the cultivating the spirit of innovation entrepreneurial and upgrading the innovational entrepreneurial ability. And this paper gives strategy considerations of the innovation entrepreneurial undergraduate training in higher school from organizational guarantee, the personnel training scheme, course system design, the construction of multi-tiered activity system, activity brand mold, base construction,promoting the transformation of result.
