咽炎颗粒药效学的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究咽炎颗粒治疗急慢性咽炎的药效学作用。方法采用酚红分泌试验,通过小鼠酚红分泌量,观察咽炎颗粒的祛痰作用;用二甲苯致炎剂所致小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成,观察该药对急慢性炎症的抗炎作用。结果咽炎颗粒对小鼠酚红分泌量有显著的促进作用(P<0.01),对二甲苯的致炎作用有明显的减轻(P<0.05),对大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成有显著的抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论咽炎颗粒有很好的药效学作用,具有明显的祛痰作用和抗炎作用,提示该药对急慢性咽炎有较好的治疗作用。Objective To investigate pharmacological effects of Phyaryngitis granule, for the granule is an effective preparation for acute and chronic phyaryngitis in our hospital. Methods Phenol red excretion method was used to study the expectorant effect of Phyaryngitis granule on models of mice. Dimethylbezene and cotton ball were employed to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of the granule on inflammation of the auricles of mice and the chronic inflammation of rats. Results Phyaryngitis granule could promote the excretion amount of phenol red in the respiratory tracts of mice, inhibit the swelling of the mice auricle induced by dimethylbezene and suppress the granuloma formation of rats caused by cotton ball. There was a marked difference between the therapeutic group and the control group. Conclusion The drug has a good therapeutic effect and possesses significant expectorant effect and anti-inflammatory effects, it has potential for treatment of acute and chronic phyaryngitis.
