慢性宫颈炎临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的:观察分析LEEP术治疗慢性宫颈炎的方法及效果。方法:选取我院2010年10月～2011年10月收治的134例慢性宫颈炎患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组。在观察组的74例患者中给予LEEP术治疗,在对照组的60例患者中给予微波治疗,观察两组患者一般资料、治疗方法及临床疗效。结果:观察组患者在手术时间上明显少于对照组,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组在术中出血情况以及临床疗效上明显优于对照组,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:LEEP术治疗慢性宫颈炎临床疗效显著,手术方法简单,术中出血较少,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective： observation and analysis of LEEP operation in the treatment of chronic cervicitis method and effect.Methods： in our hos pital from 2010 October to 2011 October treated 134 cases of chronic cervicitis patients as the object of study,all the patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group.In the observation group 74 patients were given LEEP therapy,in a con trol group of 60 patients given microwave treatment,observation group two general information of patients,treatment method and clinical effect of.Results： in the observation group patients in the operation time is obviously less than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P0.05.In the observation group,the bleeding during the operation and clinical curative effect is obvi ously superior to the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P0.05.Conclusion： LEEP for treatment of chronic cervicitis clinical curative effect,simple operation,less intraoperative bleeding,low recurrence rate,worthy of clinical application.
