摘　　要：我国工程博士专业学位教育正处于试点阶段。本文分析工程博士专业学位设置背景及特点,总结清华大学在工程博士招生及培养方面的初步探索,并在此基础上对工程博士培养提出几点建议。Doctor-of-engineering programs in China are still in their initial stage of development. The background and features of such programs are discussed with a summary of practice and achievements by the Tsinghua University in this area. Some suggestions are also offered for the training of engineering professionals.
