摘　　要：以市场为导向,介绍了目标成本的概念及制定项目目标成本的重要性,从设计阶段的成本控制、设计变更、交叉施工、临时工程的成本控制,合同是否完善等方面论述了项目成本控制过程中应注意的问题,进而使房地产项目的成本得到有效控制。Taking the market as the guidance,this paper introduced the concept of objective cost and the importance of formulating project target cost,discussed the matters should pay attention to in project cost control process from cost control in design phase,design changes,cross construction,the cost control of temporary engineering,whether perfect of contract and other aspects,so as to effectively control the cost of real estate project.
