预绞式金具在高压架空送电线路中的应用

摘　　要：针对传统电力金具在架空送电线路运行中普遍存在握力集中、抗疲劳性差等缺点,介绍预绞式金具在重覆冰线路、大跨越线路、大高差山区线路等典型架空送电线路中的应用情况,并从安装、节能、耐腐蚀性、适用性等方面与传统金具进行比较,表明预绞式金具的性能全面超越普通电力金具,可适用于各种工况下的送电线路。Aiming at defects including concentrated gripping and poor fatigue resistance of traditional electric fittings in op- eration of overhead transmission lines, this paper introduces situation of application of preformed helical fittings in typical overhead transmission lines such as serious icing lines, long span lines and big difference mountain lines. It compares with traditional fittings in installation, energy saving, corrosion resistance and adaptability which shows that the preformed heli- cal fitting is suitable for transmission lines under various working conditions and of which the performance is superior to common fitting.
