摘 要:张店油田南38区块位于南襄盆地南阳凹陷张店南38断鼻构造,该区块上部地层倾角大,井斜控制困难;中部地层易吸水膨胀,掉块严重;下部地层压实程度高,机械钻速低,致使钻井施工难度大,钻井机械钻速低,钻井周期长。为此,通过开展张店油田南38区块优快钻井技术研究,形成了钻头选型、钻井参数优化、井身质量控制等配套技术。2012年1~8月该套技术现场应用了6口井,实践表明,钻井速度大幅提高,钻井成本不断降低,为河南油田增储上产、提高勘探开发速度起到了积极作用。Zhangdian Oilfield was located in Nan 38 Faulted nose structure in Nanyang Depression of Nanxiang Basin,there existed high updip in the block,it was difficult for well deviation control.In the middle of the block it was easy for water adsorption and expansion.High compression was induced in the lower part of the formation,and penetration rate was low,drilling operation was difficult with low drilling rate and long drilling cycle.Therefore the research on drilling technology was carried out in South Block 38 of Zhangdian Oilfield,the matching technology included bit selection,optimization of drilling parameters and wellbore quality control.The technologies have been used in 6 wells from Jan.to Aug.of 2012.Application indicates that drilling velocity is greatly improved and drilling cost has been reduced gradually,it plays an active role for increasing oil production and enhancing the speed of oil exploration and development in Henan Oilfield.
