大斜度偏心分注井测试配套工具的改进与应用

摘　　要：针对目前在用的KPX-114偏心配水器和配套的测试调配工具,在井斜大于30°以上的分注井上出现出仪器遇阻、投送和打捞堵塞器成功率低等问题,对在用的KPX-114偏心配水器、测试仪器进行了优化改进,研制出了新型配水器和配套的测试工具。现场试验5口井,最大投捞井斜为55°42′,投捞成功率100%,缩短了测试调配工期,适应大斜度偏心分注井测试调配的需要。Because of the problems of currently used KPX-114 eccentric water distributor and auxiliary testing allocation tools in separate injection wells with deviation greater than 30,the tight pull of tools,casting and low success ratio of fishing plug were induced sometimes,optimizations and modifications were performed on currently used KPX-114 eccentric water distributor,and new type of distributor and auxiliary testing allocation tools were successfully developed.These tools are used in 5 wells.The maximum casting and fishing hole deviation is 55°42′,they are 100% successfully finished,in addition,they shorten the period of testing and allocation.
