摘  要:以沈阳站主站房屋盖结构工程为研究背景,从塔式起重机行走平台、混凝土强度复核及加固措施、临时支撑架、现场焊接、高处拼接等方面介绍了沈阳站主站房大跨度钢管桁架的安装技术,同时运用有限元计算软件SAP2000(V12.0.1)计算,建立了屋盖钢结构施工阶段模拟分析工况,对大跨度空间管桁架安装过程中吊装单元内各杆件的变形、应力比分析等进行了施工技术总结。The main station house roof of Shenyang Railway Station is taken as an example to introduce the installation technique of wide-span steel tube truss of main station house of Shenyang Railway Station on the aspects of travel platform of tower crane, verification and reinforcing measures for concrete strength, temporary supporting frame, field welding and aerial assembly, etc. Meanwhile, finite element computation software SAP2000 (V12.0.1) is used to establish simulative analysis conditions for construction of steel roof structure, and construction techniques are summarized for deformation and stress proportion analysis of various rods in lifting unit during installation of wide-span space tube truss.
