摘　　要：营口奥林匹克中心体育场工程屋盖结构为桅杆索拉钢网架结构,存在桅杆重量大且倾斜、顶部铸钢件重量大、高处吊装难度大等技术难题,通过采用分段原位安装法,采用"八"字形定位板两点定位,以及采用"可周转堆载式地锚"进行缆风绳的固定,实现了桅杆及顶部铸钢件的简便、准确安装。The roof of Yingkou Olympic Center Stadium adopts mast-cable-stayecl steel gnct structure, which has many technical difficulties, such as heavy and oblique mast, heavy top steel members and highaltitude lifting, etc. Convenient and accurate installation of mast and top steel members are realized through insitu segment installation, two-point positioning by using splayed positioning plate and cable wind rope fixing by ＂turnover stacked ground anchor＂.
