摘　　要：营口奥林匹克中心体育场工程在大直径预应力拉索安装及张拉施工过程中,应用拉索"滑移法"安装、细线导向安装、拉索分步分级张拉等技术创新和工艺改进,解决了大直径预应力拉索安装及张拉施工难题,确保了施工质量和进度,大大降低了工程建造成本,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。During installation and tensioning of large-diameter prestressed cable in Yingkou Olympic Center Stadium project, technical innovations and process improvements, such as cable installation by using ＂sliding method＂, guiding installation of fine cable and cable tensioning in steps and levels, etc., are applied to successfully solve the difficuhies in installation and tensioning construction of large-diameter prestressed cable. Construction quality and schedule are ensured, construction cost reduced obviously and favorable economic and social benefits obtained.
