摘 要:采用不同浓度的植物喷施灵对侧柏幼苗的叶绿素含量和相对电导率进行研究,结果表明:不同侧柏幼苗的生理生化指标均出现了一定的变化规律。植物喷施灵对侧柏幼苗叶绿素含量的影响较为明显,在整个试验过程中,各处理都呈上升趋势,但并不是随着处理的浓度升高而升高,试验结果排序为:T4>T3>T2>T5>T1>T6;随着时间的推移,T1和T6两种处理相对电导率数值最高,而T4和T3两种处理相对电导率数值最低,说明T4和T3是侧柏苗木生长的最适合浓度,试验结果由大到小排序为:T6<T1<T5<T2<T4<T3。综合分析认为,T4和T3为佳处理。Adopted different thickness of sprinkling plant fertilizer to undergo research about the fertilizer effects to the chlorophyll contents of arborvitae seeding and the relative conductivity. The experiment indicated that physiologic and biochemical index of different arborvitae seedings had certain change law. The sprinkling plant fertilizer could have apparent effect to the chlorophyll contents of arborvitae seeding, and in the whole experiment, each treatment was going upright, but it was not upgoing according to the thickness of the sprinkling plant fertilizer. The correct order was T4〉T3〉T2〉T5〉T1〉T6. With the time passing, the relative conductivity of different treatments were the highest in T1 and the T6, and the T4 and T3 were the lowest which could indicate that T4 and T3 were the most proper thickness of fertilizer. The experiment result was T6〈T1〈T5〈T2〈T4〈T3. We could sum up that the T4 and T3 were the best treatments.
