摘　　要：目的:调查结合珠蛋白Hp表型在中国北方汉族人群中的分布情况,并为法医学亲子鉴定和个人识别提供基础数据。方法:采用DNA自动序列分析技术调查210例无血缘关系的中国北方汉族个体及3个包括Hp0型的标准三联体家系Hp基因突变种类和频率分布,并计算相关法医学参数。结果:210份中国北方汉族群体血清样品的4种Hp表型等位基因频率分别为:Hp1=0.2278,Hp2=0.6519,Hp0=0.1203,Hpdel=0.0262,P>0.05,符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。3个家系基因分析结果均未发现违反孟德尔遗传规律的现象。结论:提示Hp0具有不同的分子遗传学基础,可用于人类遗传学研究,丰富了群体遗传学的基础数据。Objective： To survey the distribution of Hp0 phenotype in China Northern Han people and previde data for forensic medicine. Method： The mutation type and frequency of Hp0 phenotype with 210 samples from unrelated individuals and 3 Hp0 type of standard phenotypic detection and genotyping were detected by DNA sequencing and calculate relevant forensic parameter. Results： There were four phenotypes of Hp and the allele frequency was Hp^1 =0. 2278, Hp^2 =0. 6519, Hp^0 =0. 1203 and Hp^del =0. 0262, P 〉 0. 05. There were no significant deference between them and line with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Three family gene analysis results were in line with the phenomenon of Mendelian. Conclusion： Hp0 has different molecular genetic basis of gene level, and it will be used in human genetic research and it enriches the basis data of population genetics.
