摘　　要：目的:探索改进医疗机构产科病房风险评估的方法。方法:将模糊层次分析法引入医疗机构产科病房风险评估领域。结果:模糊层次分析法解决了现有的评估方法均无法全面衡量产科病房的各类风险的缺点。结论:模糊层次分析法融合了多种评估方法,能够从系统整体角度进行风险评价及排序,从而提前预示风险防范方向,符合现代医疗风险评估的发展趋势。Objective： To explore obstetric ward risk assessment method to improve the medical institutions. Methods： The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was introduced into the maternity ward area of risk assessment in medical institutions. Results： The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process could solve the full measure of the various risks in maternity ward which the existing assessment methods could not. Conclusion： The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process combines multiple evaluation methods, from the whole system of risk assessment and sorting, which indicates the direction ahead of schedule risk prevention, in line with modern medical risk assess- ment of development trend.
