摘 要:新疆由于民族的特殊性,在众多肉类制品中,牛羊肉的消费占有很大的比重,因而牛羊肉加工企业有了更好的发展机遇。与内地其他省市相比,新疆的牛羊肉加工企业由于产业链较短而制约了其发展。通过对目前新疆牛羊肉产业链现状的分析,探寻牛羊肉加工企业发展的制约因素以及存在的问题,从整体上通过延伸产业链、建立以加工业为核心的产业模式来引导企业如何延伸产业链,探寻牛羊肉制品加工的新模式。Because of the ethnic particularity, beef and mutton in many meat products consumption account for a large proportion in Xinjiang, therefore, beef and mutton processing enterprises have better opportunities for development. However, compared with other provinces and cities in the mainland, beef and mutton processing enterprises in Xinjiang facing restrict its development because the industry chain is shorter. In this paper, the analysis of the status of the Xinjiang beef and mutton industry chain to explore constraints restricting development of beef and mutton processing enterprises as well as problems, extend the industrial chain, the establishment of the processing industry as the core of the industry model to guide the overall business how to extend industry chain, to explore a new model of cattle and sheep meat processing.
