摘　　要：唐人小说中隐含着唐代政治、社会和文化生活的复杂画面。唐代著名政治家、文学家牛僧孺的《玄怪录》,虽以记录精灵粉怪、嗜奇记奇为主,但作品中包涵着深厚的政治文化意蕴,折射出作者对唐代政治的特殊观照。这部传奇极力彰显了京都皇权对国家政治生活和普通百姓生活的巨大影响,详细描摹了城市司法机构为市民声张正义提供的庇护与安全的权威,细腻刻画了科举制给应试举子所带来的酸甜苦辣。The Tang Dynasty. The records the strange which indicates the novels of Tang Dynasty depict a flowery picture of political, social and cultural life of the famous Tang Dynasty statesman and writer Niu Sengru＇s The Unreliable and Strange mainly and unbelievable stories of fairies and spirits, but also contains profound political culture, author＇s special observation of Tang Dynasty. In this series of stories, the author presents us with a deliberately highlighted enormous impact of the imperial power in the capital city on the political life and ordinary people＇s life, a detailed description of the protection and safety authority of the city judiciary as the shelter of ordinary people and voice of justice, and a delicate portrayal of the sweets and bitters the imperial examination system brought to the candidates.
