摘  要:为了有效解决水泥基材料的发光和透光性能不好问题,用发光水泥基混合料和自主设计的光纤均布装置制备出发光透光水泥基材料.采用强度试验、荧光分光光度计、亮度计、ESEM等测试手段研究了LTCM的力学性能、发光性能、透光性能与微观形貌.结果表明:光纤体积分数2.18%时,有利于提高LTCM的抗折和抗压强度;随着发光粉和反光粉掺量的增加,LTCM的发光亮度增大,特别是对初始发光亮度有较大影响,LTCM的余辉时间延长.LTCM的透光性足以满足采光要求,可以清晰地显现出物体轮廓或形状,起到了透光显影的作用.Luminescent and transparent cementitious materials (LTCM)were prepared by lumi- nescent cementitious materials castables and a device with uniform arrangement of optical fiber. Mechanical properties and luminescent properties, transparent properties and micromorphology of luminescent and transparent cementitious materials were studied by means of strength tests, fluorescence spectrophotometer, luminance meter and environmental scanning electron micro- scope(ESEM). The results show that tensile and compressive strength of LTCM are enhanced with addition of optical fiber, and the luminance of LTCM is increased with the increase of lu- minescent powder proportion, especially initial luminance. Afterglow time is prolonged with the increase of reflective powder proportion. The lighting requirements can be met by transpar- ent properties of LTCM when volume content of optical fiber is 2.18%, because it can reveal the contours or sharps of objects clearly.
