摘　　要：目的探讨预防膀胱肿瘤电切术中闭孔神经反射的方法。方法连硬外麻醉下,根据膀胱肿瘤的部位,大小区别对待,采用电凝推切法治疗膀胱肿瘤,以预防闭孔神经反射。结果 85例病例均顺利完成手术,无严重并发症。术中出血10～70mL,手术时间15～55min。结论电凝推切法治疗膀胱肿瘤是一种预防闭孔神经反射的方法。Objective To explore the experience to prevent obturator never reflex during transurethral resectionof bidder tumor. Methods According to the bladder tumor location and size, using coagulation push cutting method to Treat bladder tumor for the purpose of prevention the obturator nerve reflex under epidural anesthesia. Results 85 cases were successfully operated without Serious complications. Blood loss 10-70 mL in Operation, Operation time 15-55 min. Conclusion Coagulation push cutting method is one good method to prevent obturator never reflex during transurethral resectionof bidder tumor.
