摘　　要：通过羊水检查可进行宫内诊断和治疗胎儿某些先天遗传性疾病,从而减少未成熟儿、畸形儿的出生率,提高围生儿的生存率和优生率。本文就羊水检查在临床的应用作一综述。Intrauterine diagnosis and treatment of certain congenital fetal genetic disease could be taken by amniotic fluid examination for reducing the birth rate of immature children and deformed children, improving the rate of perinatal child＇s survival and eugenics. The clinical application of amniotic fluid examination was reviewed in this paper.
