陕蚕系列原种产卵性状比较研究

摘　　要：试验结果表明 ,在环境条件一致的情况下 ,陕蚕系列原种的产卵性能表现为陕 4 >陕 3 >陕 2。同一品种春繁与秋繁相比 ,造卵数平均增加 2 4 .53 %,良卵数增加 3 9.52 %,良卵率提高 5.52 %,产出卵增加3 1 .3 %,产出率提高 4 .3 %,不受精卵率下降 5.3 8%,死卵率下降 0 .4 3 %。与品种审定时的产卵性能指标相比 ,陕蚕 2号平均单蛾产卵数下降 1 9.51 %,良卵率下降 5.65%;陕蚕 3号单蛾产卵数下降 8.4 %,良卵率下降 4 .1 6%;陕蚕 4号单蛾产卵数下降 1 6.1 9%,良卵率下降 3 .5%。从原原母种开始 ,重视桑园管理 ,提高桑叶质量和饲养技术 ,在保证其它性状不降低的前提下 ,侧重加强对原种以上各级蚕种的产卵性状选择 ,淘汰产卵数少、良卵率低的蛾圈 ,是保持和稳定陕蚕系列优良品种产卵性状的有效措施。The experiment results showed that there is significant difference among the oviporsiting characters of Shaancan silkworm original strains under the same enviromental conditions. The order of oviporsiting ability is Shaancan No.4, Shaancan No.3,Shaancan No.2 from high to low. As compared with autumn reproduction, average of owning eggs per month, No. of good eggs, rate of good eggs,No. of oviporsition and rate oviporsiting eggs have increased by 24.53,39.52%,5.52%,31.3% and 4.3% respectively by means of spring reproduction. At the same time, the rate of unfertilized eggs and rate of dead eggs have decreased 5.38% and 0.43% respectively through spring reproduction.Now,as compared with the time when the breed was released, the No. of oviporsiting eggs per month in Shaancan silkworm No.2 has decreased by 19.5%, and the rate of good eggs has decreased by 5.65%; the No. of oviporsiting eggs per month in Shaancan silkworm No.3 has decreased by 8.4%, and the rate of good eggs has decreased by 4.16%; the No. of oviporting eggs per month in Shaancan silkworm No.4 has decreased by 16.19%, and the rate of good eggs has decreased by 3.5%. Starting with original strain of authorized race, paying attention to arragement of mulberry plantation, improving qualigy of mulberry leaf and feeding techniques, focusing on the selection of oviporsiting characters under the prerequisite of ensuring stability of other Characters will be the effective ways to ensure the stability of oviporsiting characters in Shaancan silkworm breads.
