3例不动纤毛综合征患者行鼻内镜手术的呼吸道护理

摘　　要：报道3例不动纤毛综合征患者行鼻内镜手术的呼吸道护理。主要护理措施包括:术前心理护理,积极控制呼吸道感染,确保麻醉安全;术后加强气道湿化,防止误吸及窒息的发生,做好控制感染及控制高热的护理。认为针对患者反复的呼吸道感染以及疾病特征,给予术前、术后呼吸道护理是预防肺部并发症,提高手术成功率的关键。3例患者平稳度过围术期,病情好转出院。This paper introduced the respiratory tract nursing of patients with immotile cilia syndrome undergone endoscopic sinus surgery. Major nursing measures included psychological nursing before operation, controlling respiratory infections, anesthetic safety, airway humidification after operation, prevention of aspiration, asphyxia, infection and high fever. It was reported that since repeated respiratory tract infections occurred frequently, respiratory tract nursing played a critical role in preventing pulmonary complications and the key to the success of the operation. Three patients in the study were discharged with remarkable improvement.
