摘 要:耐辐射异常球菌对氧化胁迫具有很强的应激与耐受机制,它能够有效地保护蛋白质免受氧化损伤及氧化产物对细胞的毒害作用。耐辐射异常球菌具有超强的抗氧化防御体系包括酶类与非酶类系统。其中锰复合物被认定为活性氧最有效的清除剂。同样耐辐射异常球菌中一系列保守蛋白对细胞进行清理及抗氧化保护作用,也增强了其DNA、RNA与蛋白质损伤的修复能力。本文主要针对耐辐射异常球菌中抗氧化防御系统进行概述,为耐辐射异常球菌的抗氧化机制在医学健康中的应用研究奠定基础。Deinococcus radiodurans has strong resistance and tolerance mechanisms for oxidative stress, which protect proteins against oxidative damage and sanitize the cells against toxic oxidized products. The defence system against oxidative stress of D. radiodurans has nonenzymatic and enzymatic scavengers. The manganese-complexes is a member of nonenzymatic scavengers, which is identified as the most powerful ROS scavengers. D. radiodurans has conserved proteins for cellular cleansing and anti-oxidation protection, which enhance the capacities of D. radiodurans for prevention and repair of damage to DNA, RNA and proteins, This paper mainly summarized the defenee system against oxidative stress in D. radiodurans, so as to provide references for the application of tolerance mechanisms for oxidative stress in medicine and public health.
