摘　　要：OPO是随着器官移植事业发展而产生的新型组织。运用SWOT分析法,分析广州市某综合性医院OPO的优势、劣势以及所面临的机遇和威胁,提出以下6方面措施:①促进OPO的发展应提高OPO的公信力;②完善潜在器官捐献者的上报及监管制度;③加强器官捐献协调员的专业知识培训;④建立OPO规范化的财务管理措施;⑤建立科学的绩效管理体系与激励机制;⑥加强对外协作。Organ procurement organization （ OPO）, is a new organization produced with the development of organ transplantation. SWOT a nalysis was applied to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of OPO in certain comprehensive hospital. The author put forward some measures to promote development of OPO, which included improving public trust of the OPO, perfecting report and supervision system of po tential organ donors, strengthening training of professional knowledge for organ donation coordinators, building standardized financial management measure,establishing scientific performance management system and incentive mechanism and strengthening cooperation with other hospitals.
