摘　　要：护理垂直管理有利于提高护理管理效率和护理服务质量,符合新医改精神。我国护理垂直管理一直面临尴尬的境地,根源在于根深蒂固的科主任负责制、扭曲的护理服务定价机制和全社会对护理行业的不重视。推进护理垂直管理,要强化护理管理职权、提高护理服务收费和加强护理队伍教育。Nursing vertical management is helpful in increasing the management efficiency and quality of nursing. However, nursing vertical management in China was in a be in a dilemma for many years, the reasons were including the system that the director is thoroughly responsible for his department,the irrational pricing mechanisms for nursing service and the indifference for nursing industry from society. To advancing nursing vertical management, efforts should be made to enhance the power of nursing department, increase the charge for nursing service and improve nursing education.
