摘  要:文章针对辅料立体库出库设备投入运行至今,发生过的多次由于穿梭车定位错误导致托盘跌落、托盘送到错误的入库站台,托盘上物品损坏、立体库信息系统物帐不符、设备被托盘砸坏等问题。通过改造穿梭车的定位方式,将定位片计数定位方式升级改造为激光测距定位方式,杜绝上述问题发生。该设计改动简单、投资较少、设备运行稳定、准确、高效。Based on the problems of three-dimensional library materials outbound equipment since it has been put into opperation, such as tray drop, be sent to the wrong platform, goods damage, the record in three-dimensional library information system were not match with the goods,equipments were damaged by tray and so on,which were moustly caused by shuttle car positioning error. By reforming the shuttle car localization way, this paper transforms itfrom locating plate count locate mode to laser range locate mode, puts an end to the above problems.The design change is simple, with less investment, equipment operation is stable, accurate and efficient.
