摘　　要：国家大学生创新性实验计划自实施以来取得了丰硕的成果,不仅拓宽了学生的视野,同时也激发了其创新热情与创新意识。文章从大学生能力培养的现状及问题出发,结合国家大学生创新性实验计划的特点,分析了其对大学生创新能力培养的中的作用,介绍了实际科研中的收获与体会,为创新性实验的开展提供了动力。Since the implementation of National College Student Innovative Experiment Program （NCSIEP）, it has achieved fruitful results, not only broaden students＇ horizons, but inspired their enthusiasm for innovation and the sense of innovation. This paper according to the characteristics of NCSIEP and starting from the status and existing problems in students＇ ability cultivation, we analyze the function of NCSIEP and introduce appreciates and gains which provide momentum to the innovative experiment.
