摘　　要：兴办独立学院是我国高等教育办学体制的一大创举,极大地缓解了我国日益高涨的接受高等教育的需求与新时期高等教育资源短缺之间的矛盾。但由于受到资源、政策、观念等因素的影响,在办学过程中也存在着诸多问题。笔者试图从专业设置、师资队伍建设、教学管理制度、教学质量监控等方面提出改革建议,以达到加强独立学院的教学管理,提升办学质量与教学水平的目标。The establishment of the independent college is an innovation In the process of the higher education has developed fastly in Chinese educational system,it has played an important part to relieve the pressure of the higher educational development in China in some way.Because of the influence by the resources,policies and ideas,there are many problems in process of the independent collegeséstablishment.The author try to give some reformational suggestions from the set up of the special subjects,the building of a strong contingent of teachers,the management system of teaching and the teaching quality monitoring etc,to achieve the aim to strengthen the management of teaching and raise the teaching level in independent colleges.
