摘　　要：培养新生拥有敢于表达的勇气、乐于表达的内容以及善于表达的技巧是大学新生口头表达能力培养的内涵。眼里只有"精英",不见"众生",过分注重表达的技巧,忽视表达的内容,载体较为老套,不能推陈出新,这是大学新生口头表达能力培养的三个常见误区。基于此,在实际工作开展中,必须让学生自动自发、注重全员参与、注重创新形式。The cultivation neonatal have the courage to dare to express,happy expression and articulate skills training connotation of freshmen verbal ability.Eyes have only ＂elite＂,but not ＂people＂,too much emphasis on expression,ignoring the content of the expression vector is more old-fashioned,not to introduce new freshmen verbal Ability three common misconceptions.Based on this,the actual work carried out,must allow students spontaneous,focusing on the full participation,focusing on innovative forms.
