95%氟吗啉原药亚慢性经口毒性研究

摘　　要：95%氟吗啉原药对Wistar大鼠 1 3周经口喂饲毒性研究结果表明 :30 0 0mg/kg及50 0 0mg/kg浓度组雄鼠体重增长受到不同程度的抑制 ,肝脏也出现不同程度的肿大 ,肝功能异常 ,全部雄鼠肝小叶中心部的肝细胞肿大 ;50 0 0mg/kg浓度组雄鼠还表现为平均摄食量减少 ,食物利用率下降 ,肾功能异常 ,并有 1只雄鼠步态异常、双后肢及爪部红肿。 30 0 0mg/kg及 50 0 0mg/kg浓度组雌鼠体重增长受到抑制 ,摄食量减少 ,食物利用率下降 ,肝脏肿大 ,肝功能异常 ,并有贫血倾向 ;50 0 0mg/kg浓度组雌鼠还表现为肾功能异常 ,脾脏也有肿大趋势 ,共有 5只雌鼠步态异常、后肢及爪部红肿。 60 0mg/kg浓度组雌鼠肝功能异常 ,并有贫血倾向。 60 0mg/kg浓度组雄鼠及1 2 0mg/kg浓度组雄雌鼠各项检查指标均未见有意义的试验结果。即 95%氟吗啉原药对Wistar大鼠 1 3周经口喂饲染毒最大无作用浓度雄性为 60 0mg/kg ;雌性为 1 2 0mg/kg。The results of 13-week oral subchronic toxicity study on 95% flumorph technical with Wistar rat were summarized as following:the body weight of male rats decreased in 3000mg/kg and 5000mg/kg groups compared with those in control group,and the livers were somewhat swollen and functioned abnormally in certain aspects,swelling of liver cells of hepatic lobules center was also found.Moreover,male rats in 5000mg/kg group also showed declined average food consumption and food efficiency ,and abnormal kidney function,1 male walk with difficulty and two hind limbs including hind legs are swollen.Female rats in 3000mg/kg and 5000mg/kg groups indicated the body weight restrained,food consumption and food efficiency declined,livers were swollen,the livers functioned abnormally,and anaemia tendency was found in certain rats.Moreover,female rats in 5000mg/kg groups also indicated abnormal kidney function,somewhat swollen spleen,5 females walk with difficulty and two hind limbs including hind legs are swollen.Female rats in 600mg/kg groups also indicated abnormal liver function,and showed the tendency of anaemia.Above all,noeffect concentration of 95% flumorph technical with Wistar rat was 600mg/kg and 120mg/kg for male and female respectively.
