摘　　要：县级政府的公共服务能力是县级政府能力建设的重要内容,而提升县级政府的公共服务能力,不仅有利于满足基层社会对公共服务的差异性需求,而且有利于完善基层公共服务供给体系。鉴于此,通过从政府职能、组织结构、运作机制和物质保障等四个方面分析,揭示出当前县级政府在公共服务建设方面存在的主要问题,并针对性指出提升郫县县级政府公共服务能力的对策。The public service ability of county government is an important content oi the construcuon oi county government ability. The ascension of the ability is not just to meet grassroots society with the differences of demands for public services, but also to help to improve the public service supply system. In view of this, by analyzing the functions of the government organization,the structures of organization, the mechanism of operation and material guarantee and so on, some problems were revealed in the case of L county government in Chengdu in public service construction, and countermeasures were put forward correspondingly to improve its public service ability.
