摘 要:根据风门结构特点,建立了矿井风门冲击载荷作用下的超静定结构模型,对风门的接触面宽度、最大弯曲挠度、支反力、支点位移等协调变形参数进行了理论分析,指出现有风门结构及安装方式具有变形不协调、抗冲击性能差等缺点。根据风门设计的侧重点不同,通过改进接触面宽度与通行宽度的比值来调整支反力,且接触面采用弹性介质来动态调节支点位移时,能够有效促进风门的协调变形。A statically indeterminate structure model of the mine air door under the action of impact load was set up according to its structural features,the theoretical analysis was made on the coordinate deformation parameters such as the contact width,the maximum bending deflection,the reverse bearing force,the displacement of the bearing point and so on,and the shortcomings such as the discordant deformation and bad impact resistance caused by the structure and installation of the existing air door were pointed out.The reverse bearing force can be adjusted by changing the ratio of the contact width to the passage width according to the different emphasis in design of the air door,and when the displacement of the bearing point was dynamically adjusted by the contact surface with the elastic medium,the coordinate deformation of the air door can be effectively improved.
