摘  要:为了阻断瓦斯燃烧火焰或爆炸在抽放管道内的传播,消除低浓度瓦斯抽采的安全隐患,确保低浓度瓦斯抽采和利用系统的安全可靠,研制了煤矿瓦斯抽放管道用阻爆阀门。详细地描述了阻爆阀门的结构形式、组成部分、工作原理、主要参数及性能指标,并通过阻爆性能试验,给出具体的试验数据,试验研究得出:煤矿瓦斯抽放管道用阻爆阀门能够有效阻隔管道中气体爆炸,阻止火焰及压力传播,防止气体爆炸继续发展;适用于阻止瓦斯气体输送管道的燃烧与爆炸。The explosion isolation valve used in gas drainage pipeline in coal mines was developed in order to isolate the propagation of gas burning flame or explosion in the gas drainage pipeline,eliminate the potential safety hazard in low-concentration gas drainage and ensure the safety and reliability of the low-concentration gas drainage and utilization system.In this paper,the structure,components,the working principle,the main parameters and performance indicators of the explosion isolation valve were described in detail,and the specific test data were given through the explosion isolation tests.The test research indicated that the use of the explosion isolation valve can effectively isolate the gas explosion and the propagation of explosion flame and pressure in the gas drainage pipeline and prevent gas explosion from continuing development,so this explosion isolation valve is suitable to use in the gas pipeline for isolating gas burning and explosion.
