摘　　要：目的:探讨长期过量饮酒者戒酒前后血脂的变化。方法:30例饮酒者均为男性,年龄30～55岁,饮酒时间均>5年,平均日饮白酒量≥150 mL,白酒酒精度≥38%(v/v);强制戒酒3个月,分别于戒酒前及戒酒后1个月末、3个月末采集血样测定血脂;同时收集30例年龄匹配男性非饮酒者的血样测定血脂作为对照;分析长期过量饮酒者戒酒前后的血脂变化。结果:长期过量饮酒者甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)均高于非饮酒者(P<0.05),戒酒1个月时即有TG和TC下降,3个月时TG、TC、LDL明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:长期过量饮酒者TG、TC、LDL明显高于非饮酒者,戒酒后血脂异常明显改善。Objective： To explore the changes of serum lipid for long term excessive alcoholic drinkers after abstinence. Method ： 30 alcoholic drinkers of the group are all male with the age from 30 to 55, alcoholic drinking period of over 5 years, av- erage daily alcoholic intake of I〉 150 mL, and alcoholic content of ~〉38 % （v/v）. Forced abstinence for the period of 3 months was conducted. Blood sample was taken to detect serum lipid 1 month and 3 months before and after abstinence respectively. Meanwhile, the blood sample of 30 cases of male non - alcoholic drinkers with similar age was collected to detect serum lipid to act as comparison group. Test and matching test are adopted for comparison of the two group of mean. Serum lipid change before and after abstinence for long term excessive alcoholic drinkers was analyzed. Result： For long term excessive alcoholic drinkers, their TG, TC, and LDL are all higher than non - alcoholic drinkers, contributing toStatistics difference. TG, TC obvious drop upon 1 month after abstinence, and TG, TC, LDL undergo obvious drop upon 3 months after abstinence, contriuting to Statistics difference. Conclusion ： TG, TC, LDL of long term excessive alcoholic drinkers are obviously higher than non - alcoholic drink- ers, and serum lipid undergoes obvious improvement after abstinence.
