摘　　要：农家书屋是农村文化建设的基础性工程,是社会主义新农村建设的重要组成部分,是保障人民群众基本文化权益、满足人民群众基本文化需求的重要途径之一。必须深刻认识农家书屋建设的重要意义,将其同当地经济社会发展和新农村建设紧密结合,加大投入力度,引导和动员社会力量参与建设,积极探讨培养广大农民群众良好阅读习惯的有效策略,才能确保农家书屋工程发挥真正功效。Rural book - room is the foundation of rural cultural construction projects and an important component of new rural construction,which is one of important way to protect people~ basic cultural rights and interests and meet the people~ basic cultural needs. Significance of the new rural construction must be recognized deeply and combine it with local economic development and new rural construction. In- creasing investment to guide and mobilize social forces to participate in construction. Actively explore the developing strateges of famem＇good reading habits to ensure that the rural book - room projects make a re- al effectiveness.
