5%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂的气相色谱分析

摘　　要：采用气相色谱法分析5%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂,选用HP-5气相色谱柱和FID,磷酸三苯酯为内标物,以内标法对有效成分进行分析和定量。高效氯氟氰菊酯与内标物的色谱峰能够很好分离,且保留时间适宜,方法的相关系数为0.9990,标准偏差为0.0907,变异系数为1.80%,平均回收率为99.25%。A method was developed for determination of lambda-cyhalothrin 5% EW by gas chromatography on HP-5 column with FID, and triphenyl phosphate was selected as an internal standard. The results showed that the chromatographic peaks of lambda-cyhalothrin and internal standard could be completely separated, the retention times were suitable, and the correlation coefficient, standard deviation, variation coefficient and average recovery of the method were 0.999 0, 0.090 7, 1.80% and 99.25%, respectively.
