摘 要:采用乙酸乙酯液-液分配的方法分离、净化水中酚菌酮残留,丙酮振荡提取土壤中酚菌酮残留,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法和高效液相色谱(HPLC)法2种方法分别测定水和土壤中酚菌酮的残留量。结果表明,GC-MS法的酚菌酮线性检测范围为1.0~100.0 mg/L,相关系数为0.9933。水中酚菌酮的加标回收率为98.47%~102.23%,相对标准偏差为2.43%~4.91%;土壤中的加标回收率为92.62%~100.47%,相对标准偏差为1.14%~14.19%。HPLC法的线性检测范围为0.1~10.0 mg/L,相关系数为1.0000。水中酚菌酮的加标回收率为87.80%~90.87%,相对标准偏差为4.06%~7.94%;土壤中的加标回收率为89.23%~101.03%,相对标准偏差为0.31%~7.12%。The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method and high performance liquid chromatogra- phy (HPLC) method were described for determination of fenjuntong in water and three kinds of soils. The residues of fenjuntong were extracted with solvents, utilizing GC-MS and HPLC to determine the extracts. The results showed that the fortified recoveries of the GC-MS method were 92.62%-102.23% with the relative standard deviations (RSD) of 1.14%-14.19%, the linear range of the working curve was 1.0-100.0 mg/L, and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.993 3. The fortified recoveries of the HPLC method were 87.80%- 101.03% with the RSD of 0.31%-7.94%, the linear range of the working curve was 0.1-10.0 mg/L, and the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0. The study provided effective methods for detection of fenjuntong residues.
