摘 要:4种生物农药防治稻纵卷叶螟的田间试验结果表明,在水稻稻纵卷叶螟卵孵初期,使用100亿孢子/mL短稳杆菌SC 1200~1800 mL/hm2或甜核.苏云菌WP 750~1125 g/hm2,对水750 kg/hm2,药后14 d杀虫效果在45.45%~65.45%之间,保叶效果在43.70%~60.74%之间。以上2种生物农药可代替高毒、高残留的化学农药来防治稻纵卷叶螟,从而减少化学农药的使用量。而多杀霉素SC和苦参碱AS防效不高,可提高剂量进一步试验。The efficacies of four biological pesticides against Cnaphalocrocis medinalis were tested. The results showed that when four biological pesticides were used in the early egg-hatching, the control effects of Empedobacter brevis 1×10^10 spores/mL SC at a dosage of 1200-1 800 mL/hm2, Spodoptera exigua NPV 1×10^4 PIB/mg + Bacillus thuringiensis 16 000 IU/mg WP at 750-1 125 g/hm2 were 45.45%-65.45% on the 14th day after spraying, and the effects of protecting leaves were 43.70%-60.74%. So the two biological insecticides could substitute for high-toxicity and high-residual chemical pesticides to control C. medinalis. The control efficacies of spinosad 25 g/L SC and matrine 0.5% AS were lower, so further tests would be needed at higher dosages.
