摘  要:确定压电换能器等效电路参数需要使用导纳圆测量仪器。针对目前导纳圆测量仪硬件设计复杂、测量电阻阻值无法更改及上位机无法实时显示测量结果等缺点,设计了便携式高精度导纳仪。采用DC/DC转换芯片DCP010505实现了USB总线供电,简化了导纳仪电源设计。通过使用数字电位器AD8400,用户可以在上位机软件中设置测量电阻阻值大小。采用基于SPI总线通讯的模数转换芯片MAX1377,实现了对两路正弦信号的采集。最后通过实验验证了基于LPC2146的USB总线通讯的可行性,给出了上位机保存的图像及数据文件。The equivalent circuit parameters measurement of piezoelectric transducers need to use the admittance circle instrument. Aiming at overcoming the shortcomings in the currently used admittance circle instrument such as that the hardware design is complex,the measurement resistor cannot be changed and the host computer cannot dis- play the measurement results in real time,a portable high-precision admittance circle instrument has been design in this work. A DC/DC converter chip of DCP010505 is used to power USB bus,thus the power supply design of the admittance circle instrument can be simplified. The user can set the measured resistor values in the PC application program via digital potentiometer AD8400. Based on the SPI bus communication analog-to digital converter of MAX1377 ,two sinusoidal signals can be acquired. The system is verified by experiments based on USB bus commu- nication of LPC2146, and the screenshots of saved image and data files are given.
