摘　　要：军事供应链涉及的实体和环节多而复杂,必然会引起运行过程中成本的浪费和增加。对其实施信息化的成本战略管理就是在不同的实体之间,建立信息化的工作环境,实行信息化的数据共享和传输,从而可以及时协调不同节点的交易活动,达到对总的军事供应链运行成本的战略管理和控制的目的。There are so many complicated entities and links in the ,nilitary supply chain, which lead to the cost of waste and in- crease in the process of operation inevitably. To implement informatization strategic management between the different entities, an information work environment should be established for data sharing and transmission. Then, the transactions among the nodes can be coordinated, and the purpose of military supply chain cost management and control can be acbieved.
