摘　　要：通过分析军民融合式国防油料储备体系的影响因素和构建要求,提出了军民融合式国防油料体系建设的措施,为军民融合式国防油料储备体系的构建提供了理论借鉴。This essay puts up with the measures for the con- struction of the national defense oil reserve system of mili- tary-eivil integration by analyzing the influencing factors and constructing requirements, providing the theoretieal reference for the construction of national defense oil reserve system of military-civil integration.
