摘　　要：城市文明积淀着历史变迁、文化遗产和精神气质,是城市文化长期集聚的结果。城市文明进程也是人类历史的发展进程,没有高素质的市民不可能有发达的城市文明。只有市民在综合素质上进行现代转型,才能为建设现代城市文明奠定坚实基础。urban civilization reflects historical changes, cultural heritage and spiritual temperament, is the result of longterm agglomeration city culture. Urban civilization progress and the development process of human history, no high-quality citizens may not have developed city civilization. Only people in the modem transformation of comprehensive quality, ability to build modem urban civilization lay a solid foundation.
