高效液相色谱法测定加味定喘片中盐酸麻黄碱含量

摘　　要：目的建立加味定喘片中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(10∶90)为流动相,检测波长为207 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果盐酸麻黄碱质量浓度在12.304～123.040μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,回归方程为Y=11.040 X+15.114,r=0.999 98,平均回收率为97.37%,RSD=1.06%(n=9)。结论该方法适用于加味定喘片中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for the content determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Jiaweidingchuan Tablets. Methods The HPLC method was adopted with Cls column. The mobile phase was the mixture of acetonitrile - 0. 1% phosphoric acid （10：90）. The detection wavelength was at 207 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear relation was obtained dur- ing the concentration range of 12. 304 -123. 040 μg/mL for ephedrine hydrochloride. The regression equation was Y=11.040X＋ 15. 114, r = 0. 999 98. The average recovery rate was 97.37% , RSD = 1.06% （ n = 9）. Conclusion The established method is suitable to the content determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Jiaweidingchuan Tablets.
