摘　　要：目的探讨葡萄糖酸锌分散片的制备工艺及质量控制方法。方法采用络合滴定法测定其含量。结果制得的葡萄糖酸锌分散片口感好、表面光滑美观、色泽均匀、硬度适中、服用方便。葡萄糖酸锌的平均回收率为100.02%,RSD为0.17%(n=9);3 min内完全崩解,符合分散片的要求。结论该方法简便、准确,可用于本品的质量控制。Objective To study the preparation technology and the quality control method of Zinc Glueonate Dispersible Tablets. Methods The complexometric titration was adopted to determine the content of zinc gluconate. Results The prepared Zinc Gluconate Dispersible Tablets had the good taste, smooth- surface, uniform color, appropriate rigidity and easy taking. The average of re- covery rate was 100.02%, RSD 0. 17% （n=9）.The complete disimegration was within 3 rain,which accorded with the requirements of the dispersible tablets. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate, and can be used to control the quality of this product.
