摘 要:基于Shockley二极管理论的I-V特性曲线方程,对太阳能光伏电池的输出特性及各参数的影响因素进行了理论分析.结果表明:增加太阳辐射,降低电池温度、串联电阻和二极管反向饱和电流值均可提高光伏电池的输出性能,增大开路电压和短路电流有助于提高其输出功率和效率,且开路电压与输出效率、短路电流与最大输出功率之间分别存在关联性;受气候条件的影响,冷季节效率高,热季节输出功率大,且最大输出功率和效率的大小各自取决于太阳辐射和室外气温.Based on Ⅰ- Ⅴ curve equation of Shockley diode theory, the theoretical analysis on output characteristic and influence factor of various characteristic parameter of solar photovoltaic cell (SPVC) are undertaken. The results indicate that several factors such as the increase of solar irradiance, the decrease of cell temperature, series resistance and dark saturation current can improve the output performance of SPVC. The increase of open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current contribute to the enhancement of output power and efficiency. Certain relation between open-circuit voltage and output efficiency as well as that between short-circuit current and maximum output power are existed respectively. As for the influence of climate condition, the output efficiency in cold season is better than that in hot season and the maximum output power is larger in hot season than in cold season. The maximum output power and efficiency are mostly dependent of irradiance and outside air temperature respectively.
