摘 要:基于雷诺时均方程和RNG(renormalization group)k-ε湍流模型,采用SIMPLEC算法对一前置灯泡贯流泵装置内部湍流流场进行数值模拟.分析了前置灯泡贯流泵装置的内部流动特征,进水流道内的流态比较平顺,而出水流道内的流态则是在非设计工况出现明显的偏流和漩涡.同时,预测了不同工况下前置灯泡贯流泵装置的水力性能(包括扬程、效率等),最优工况点的效率达76.24%.为今后前置灯泡贯流泵装置的设计优化提供了依据.Based on the Reynolds time-averaged Navier-Stokes equations and the RNG k-ε turbulent model, this paper performs numerical simulations for three-dimensional flow field in a prepositive bulb tubular pump and the SIMPLEC method is used in the calculation. The flow pattern within the inlet passage is smooth, which appears obvious inclined flow and vortex in off-design conditions in the outlet passage. By using this method, the performance of pumping system such as head and efficiency is predicted based on the calculation of different operating conditions, the efficiency at opti- mum operating condition is 76.24%. The research can provide more evidences for the hydraulic performance prediction and optimization design of the tubular pumping system.
